Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. Your order will typically leave one of our fulfillment centers within 4-6 business days of you placing your order and peak season would be 9-12 business days.

We use Canada Post, USPS, DHL, UPS or Ascendia Shipping to ensure safe arrival of your products in a timely manner.

Greeting Cards are shipped from Canada.

International Shipping

We ship to most international locations. International shipments usually arrive within 9-19 business days. Please note that international shipments are often subject to customs/import fees, which vary by country and can delay delivery. You are responsible for any customs/import fees.

To find out what shipping costs will be to your country, please fill in your address when you place an order.

Order Modifications

We are unable to make changes to orders after they are placed. Orders that have yet to ship may be canceled and refunded so that a new order may be placed with the correct items. 

If the order has already shipped, please contact customer service via email at hello@withpyar.com Customer service inquiries will be responded to within 24-48 hours Monday- Friday. If you write during the weekend, please be mindful that it may take longer than expected to hear back from us.

Returns

If you need to return a product, please contact us at hello@withpyar.com in advance to arrange the return. Unopened and unused products may be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for opened products or custom orders.

After we have approved the return, the responsibility of shipping the item back to our head office in London, Ontario, Canada, will be with the customer. Once the item(s) have been received, they will undergo inspection within 14 days of arrival, following which a refund will be processed, excluding the shipping fee.

Please remember that returns sent without prior notification will not be accepted. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item, as shipping costs are non-refundable.

We kindly ask that you refrain from returning your purchase if:

  • The item is not in its original condition or has been damaged.
  • The item has been opened for reasons not due to our error.
  • More than 14 days have passed since you received your order.

Greeting Card Returns

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on greeting cards.

Undeliverable Orders

Sometimes orders are marked as undeliverable and returned back to us. This may happen because the delivery address was entered incorrectly during checkout. We don't know where you live, so we'll send it wherever you tell us! If you did make a mistake entering your shipping address and it is returned back to us, we will issue a full refund for the order less $10 for shipping and handling costs. Please place a new order with your correct address to receive your items!
